Mein Zimmer welches in unserer WG frei wird hat 17qm und wurde Mitte des vorletzten Jahres neu abgeschliffen und gestrichen. Es hat 1 Fenster, ein großes in Richtung Seitenstraße um einfach nur in die Gegend zu gucken (lohnt sich bei der Straße). Erst vor 3 Jahren wurde die alte Nachtspeicherheizung entsorgt und mit einer nagelneuen und modernen Infrarot Heizung in der ganzen Wohnung ersetzt. Die häßlichen Heizkörper fallen weg. Nun gibt es 6 verschiedene Naturmotivbilder, die nicht nur, auf sehr gesunde Art und Weise (besonders gut für Allergiker, denn es wird nicht die Luft/ Staub herumgewirbelt) den Raum sprich Boden, Wände, Decke, Möbel ... heizt sondern schenckt auch ein bisschen Urlaubsflair. Abgesehen von den Möbeln die du teilweise mitbringen musst, ist soweit alles bereit um es sich hier richtig muckelig zu machen :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 70 Meter zur Alster, ist super zentral, direkt bei U 1 (Wartenau) +U 3 (Uhlenhorst), traumhafte Citylage, grün, hell, super ruhig da es eine Einbahnstr. ist, 2.OG, sehr große Wohndiele mit Einbauschrank, Esstisch, Sofa, großes Vollbad, super Ausgeh- ( diverse Rest...) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( vor der Tür Aldi und REWE, sowie Einkaufszentrum Mundsburg " Hamburger Meile " ), auch sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, etc. für kurz- oder langfristig, zu der Miete sie nach Zimmer Größe im Moment kleine Zimmer: 637,- €, mittel große Zimmer 657,-€, großes Zimmer 697,-€, kommt Strom + Wasser je nach Verbrauch, dazu + werden direkt mit HWW + Stomversorger abgerechnet und dies selbstverständlich durch drei Mitbewohner geteilt, Ablösesumme/Abstand einmalig bei Einzug 690 €, 1- 3 Monatsmieten Kaution je nach Mietdauer.

super central Lessingstr 1 Hamburg Uhlenhorst right on the water on the Alster

My room, which is available in our shared apartment, is 17 square meters and was sanded and painted in the middle of the year before last. It has 1 window, a large one facing a side street to just look at the area (worth it given the street). Only 3 years ago the old night storage heater was disposed of and replaced with a brand new and modern infrared heater throughout the apartment. The ugly radiators are no longer necessary. Now there are 6 different nature motif pictures that not only heat the room (floor, walls, ceiling, furniture...) in a very healthy way (particularly good for allergy sufferers, because the air/dust is not swirled around) but also gives a gift a bit of holiday flair. Apart from the furniture, some of which you have to bring with you, everything is ready to have a really cozy time here :)

The apartment is only 70 meters from the Alster, is super central, right next to U 1 (Wartenau) + U 3 (Uhlenhorst), fantastic city location, green, bright, super quiet as it is a one-way street. is, 2nd floor, very large living hall with built-in wardrobe, dining table, sofa, large full bathroom, great places to go out (various rest...) and shop (Aldi and REWE on the doorstep, as well as Mundsburg shopping center "Hamburger Meile"), also very good parking facilities, etc. for short or long term, to rent according to room size at the moment small rooms: €637, medium-sized rooms €657, large rooms €697, electricity + water comes depending on consumption , plus + are billed directly to HWW + electricity supplier and of course this is shared by three roommates, transfer fee/distance is €690 once when moving in, 1-3 month's rent deposit depending on the rental period.
