( Always tell me what kind of character you need the wig for + remember to add pigtails as 45% (for long) 25% (for short/mid-long) in addition of the original price. )

Complex design adds to 65% of the original price.
Adding charms will add to 5€ of the original price and adding an accessory will add to 12,50€ of the original price.

You can get refund if those conditions are met ;
• The fibers of the wig has been damaged or burned.
• The design of the wig is not looking like discussed in chat.

Shipping back ;
• Customer has to return the item with their own payment of package delivery service.

Shipping Cost ; Depends on weight of the package and location of arrival.

Duration Time ; The time of the product being created is communicated trough message such as the time of delivery too.
