Babysitter gesucht (German, Japanese, English)

Hi,
our German-Japanese family is looking for a babysitter. We have 2 kids: 6-year-old boy who is starting School this Summer and a nearly 3-year-old daughter. At the moment they are going to KITA Mo-Fr till 5pm.
We are not looking for anything regularly like every day - more occasionally like when KITA is closed or on the weekend for 3-6 hours so that my wife and me can go for Brunch or Cinema or something like that. Or you would pick the Kids up from Kita before 5pm and go to the playground with them for about 2h.
Preferably, you can speak Japanese but that is not a must. English without much German might work too (my wife and me speak English to each other) but we would need to see if the Kids handle that (they understand a bit but do not really speak English)...
Some experience with Babysitting would be good.
