Your new tasks: 

Advising our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail (50% Backoffice - 50% Inbound Calls)
Sale of products and services
Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
Processing and resolving customer complaints
Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
Adhering to the principles and values of our company
Your qualifications:

Fluency in Dutch (C2-level)
Excellent customer service expertise
Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable 
Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office) 
The ability to work well as part of a team 
Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
Valid work permit for Germany
Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM, no weekends)
