● Manage facility projects on all sites incl. quality control of outsourced services
● Support maintenance of PASEU-owned technical infrastructure
● Provide fixed asset inventory management
● Organize internal office moves incl. creation of basic office layout plans
● Order maintenance and repair for electric installations and office refurbishment
● Purchase furniture and other office appliances
● Be subject matter expert on site for parcel shipping to EU/non-EU countries
● Control quality KPIs and implement counter measures for process improvements
● Execute PASEU safety and security standards for all PASEU sites incl. updating documents and records

● Several years of work experience in relevant business fields, e. g., technical facility management
● Good knowledge of redesign of workplace areas in office or industry buildings incl. electric installations, workplace planning, physical building security systems, technical services and real estate management
● Good language skills in German and English
● Very good communication skills
