Designers made it to have a very explosive response that makes it perfet for nasty onshore conditions accelerating the planing. It is a perfect mate for the expert surfer that can appreciate its characteristics. It is very light and even if very reliable it needs a more care in handling and in use with respect to less carbon content masts.

One of the lightest available mast on the market yet with very high durability, which makes it really reliable mast in any conditions. This mast have higher reflex, keeps more stable sail profile and provides better power control, that makes it the perfect choice of difficult conditions. This mast performs great in hard, overpowered and gusty winds, which makes it better choice for surfers who ride aggressively, therefore it will enhance your amusement and give extra thrill. To protect mast from dents, scratches and to reduce the wear of graphics caused by UV rays, bottom of the mast has been covered with protective, transparent foil. The joint has EVA clean cap which prevents sand from stucking top and bottom of the mast. You can cover junction with tape for maximum protection if you are surfing in places with fine sands.
