Hi my name is Valeriia, I’m subletting my room in this beautiful and centrally located apartment for 3 months 27.05 until 25.08. It’s a 2er WG, so you will have just 1 roommate.
The flat is modern, light and very spacious, fully furnished. There are all possible amenities and household appliances neeeded for a comfortable living that you can use: stove with the oven, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, TV in a living room and your room. There are 2 balconies perfect for chill summer evenings: one shared in the living room and one personal in your room. It is allowed to smoke in the balcony.
There’s a double bed in the room, 1 wardrobe, a desk with a chair and some storage space.
Location
The flat is located in the heart of Hamburg - 15 mins walk to Hauptbahnhof and HafenCity. There are various grocery opportunities next door (Edeka, Budni and different bakeries) 2 mins away. Bus stops - 3 and 5 mins walk, Sbahn 8 mins and Ubahn 12 mins walk. In general you can reach any part of the city within 20-40 mins
Flatshare Type
You will have 1 roommate. His name is Fatih, he is self employed and works a lot. He speaks German and Turkish. He is an extrovert and has a very nice, kind and funny personality.
This is a Zweck-WG, so no activities together. But Fatih is a very communicative person, so you might have a dinner or a drink together some times if he has time.
I’m looking for a working full time person (no students!), who speaks German (and Russian is a big plus), someone who is tidy and can take care of the room and keep the house in the condition I leave it.
Our neighbours are families with kids so no loud sounds after 10 p.m. are allowed.
As this is a short term rent, I cannot give you a city registration.
