Welcome to our exquisite Villa-WG!

Inviting shared room - double room.

In our prestigious house, there is currently a spacious room of 20m² available, exclusively for female students or working women, and it accommodates two people (the stated price is per person).

Our apartment is fully furnished, offering everything you could desire, from comfortable furnishings to the conveniences of modern life. The rent includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi usage. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, and microwave is at your disposal.

The highlight of our WG is the cozy winter garden with an idyllic view of the garden, perfect for relaxing hours.

Please note that the use of the garden is not permitted.

The apartment has recently been extensively renovated, especially the bathroom with a spacious shower, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order. The room and the entire apartment are equipped with parquet flooring, and the bed frame is made of high-quality solid wood.

The bus 137 is practically right outside the door and quickly takes you to the S+U-Bhf. Rathaus Spandau.

The bus M45, which goes directly to TU Berlin in the city center at Kudamm, is also just a few steps away.

The Staaken Center with Edeka, Rossmann, etc. can be reached in a 2-minute walk.

Several parks are also within walking distance, such as Hahneberg or Bullengraben, inviting you to relax and recharge your energy after a strenuous day of student life.

Exclusively female residents
A strict cleaning schedule must be followed.
We place great importance on cleanliness:
Upon departure, 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit to ensure that the WG remains pleasant for the next residents after your stay.
The deposit is 600 euros and will be fully refunded upon lawful termination of the lease, minus the final cleaning costs and subject to the undamaged rental premises.

Please contact us only if you plan to stay for at least 12 months.

We want everyone in the house to feel comfortable and live well together, so it is important to us that people get to know each other and that there is not too much turnover in our Villa-WG.

Parties, alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not allowed in our WG. This is also intended to ensure that people with different worldviews feel comfortable with us and live together on a respectful basis.

The minimum rental period is one year to ensure a long-term and stable living arrangement. Of course, you have the right to terminate the lease according to legal provisions, allowing you to end the lease agreement with the agreed notice period.
