Student Assistant Job

My internship at Philipps University, Marburg in Structure and Technology Research Laboratory (STRL) is about the III-V semiconductors manufacturing process. I am used to working in the clean room with the MOVPE technique to build multi-quantum wells-based III-V semiconductors, for example, BGaAs(QW or MQW)/BGaAsP, BGaAsP(QW or MQW) /BGaAsP. Furthermore, I also work on the MonoLaSi (Monolithic integration of Ga(NAsP)-based laser structures on Si-substrate) project which is based on GaNAsSb(QW or MQW) /GaNAsP and GaNAsPSb(QW or MQW) /GaNAsP semiconductors. They all grow on crystalline Si (silicon) wafer substrate.
After the manufacturing process, some characterization techniques apply such as XRD (X-ray diffraction): an idea regarding the fraction of elements and growth layer thickness on the wafer can have through XRD, AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy): to investigate surface roughness as 3D topography and amplitude images at the nanoscale, ECV (Electrochemical Capacitance-Voltage): method to obtain data about the doping profiles (e.g. Zn, B, C or Si dopes) of the semiconductor layer, PL (Photoluminescence): to know about the light emission while recombining the photogenerated electron-hole pair.
Currently, I am working on my Master's Thesis. Along with that, I would like to do one mini job in my working area. I would appreciate any kind of related job whether it is field work or online.
