Sushi Chef (m/f/d) XIAO Marl

For our XIAO restaurant in Marl, we are looking for full-time sushi chefs (m/f/d) as soon as possible:

- You have many years of professional experience as a passionate sushi chef
- You have a contemporary and trend-orientated approach to Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
- You have culinary creativity and work with attention to detail.
- You have excellent dexterity.
- You have knowledge in the professional handling of fresh and high-quality products.
- You take responsibility for production and have a structured way of working.
- You have a sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- You are an absolute team player.
- You value a tidy and well-groomed appearance.
- You know the HACCP guidelines and act accordingly.
