the bedroom faces the courtyard and the living room faces the street (south) with a balcony, there is a small park infront so there are not buildings close infront. :)

The condition of the apartment is very good and has been renovated throughout. Cellar compartment and bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard are available. We really love living here and have great neighbors.
